  • Do you deliver?
    Packages are shipped via Purolator for Canada and Canada Post for the United States. You will receive a shipping notification by email and/or text message.
  • Are purchases refundable or exchangeable?
    No refunds or exchanges can be made once the sale has been made.   • How long does it take to receive my package?
    For Quebec, we process orders within 2 to 5 business days. Then, these are shipped and usually received within 2 to 7 business days of shipment. Sometimes delays are longer during holidays or during heat waves; unfortunately we have no control over this.

    We have a flat fee of $20 for all orders in Quebec and Ontario. We offer free shipping for all orders of $100 or more (Quebec and Ontario only)! For other provinces and territories in Canada, the fee is $30.
  • What if my order contains pre-order items?
    Your order will be shipped when all items are available. If it turns out that an item is still out of stock with our supplier, we will keep you informed and your order will be shipped without this item. Additionally, you will receive credit for the unavailable item. You would like to receive your order in 2 shipments, contact us to let us know.
